Product & innovation leader

As Chief Product Officer at Charlie Financial, I’ve led the creation of banking experiences designed to protect older adults, the most vulnerable members of our society, from scams and exploitation — combining AI, behavioral science, UX design, and deep empathy to prevent fraud before it happens.

My career spans The New York Times, Amazon, UCLA, and several successful startups — each role grounded in the belief that design and digital innovation can rebuild trust between institutions and the people they serve.

I spend a lot of time getting the word out about the growing global crisis of elder financial fraud. If you have an event, podcast, or just need to chat on this topic, please reach out.

“The guy just comes down here, fit right in and blew our socks off! I don’t need to tell you how rare that is.”

Dean Baquet, Editor-in-Chief, The New York Times

“Working with Tony was without question, one of the best working partnerships I have experienced in my career. Together, we built and implemented a product that was life-changing at our Navigation Center for both patient experience and employee productivity.”

Tara Chavez, Executive Director, MemorialCare Hospital
